Established in 1988, Schleuniger’s U.S. headquarters is situated in the heart of New England, offering scenic and seasonal landscapes and easy access to major cities in the area. Manchester, NH is home to the majority of Schleuniger, Inc. employees, but we have additional sales and service locations in California, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, and Oakville, Ontario (Canada) to provide our customers with a full range of products and services throughout the United States, Canada, and border towns of Mexico.

Service Engineer - El Marques, QRO
As a Service Engineer for Schleuniger, a Komax company, you will provide technical support within the designated territory by maintaining contact with established customers, providing customers with technical support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Queretaro, Mexico location.
Main responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic).
- Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
- Travel for field service repairs at the customer’s location and repair machines at the office.
- Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for CST machines.
- Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives.
- Ensure proper documentation is processed and all systems are kept current as instructed.
- Maintain and optimize a set parts inventory limit.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline strongly preferred; additional directly related experience may be substituted for years of education.
- Strong software skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills required.
- Professional telephone manner
- Multi-tasking capability and excellent follow-up skills.
- Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
