    Crimp Applicator

    Overview

    The Panduit CA9 applicator is the ideal solution for crimping Panduit Reel Smart terminals. It's suitable for use in both semi-automatic benchtop presses and automatic wire processing systems.

    • One applicator to crimp over 300 different Panduit terminals on reel
    • 18 interchangeable die sets covers the entire Reel Smart product line
    • Universal, “mini-style” base fits most standard crimping presses
    • Fixed feed pitch eliminates need to adjust for proper feed position

    Application Range

    The CA9 handles the Panduit Reel Smart terminal series for wires between 22 and 10 AWG (0.5 – 6.0 mm2).
