Application Range
The Schleuniger Model TM 66 is a semi-automatic universal tying machine that is used to tie coils, hanks or bundles of wire, cable and tubing, etc. The TM 66 uses an ingenious concept to automatically wrap tensioned elastic cord around the material to be bound, ties a knot in the cord and then cuts the ends. It is a perfect companion to all Schleuniger cutting, cutting/stripping, coiling and stacking systems.
The TM 66 Schleuniger Tying Machine is very easy to use.
Operators can be trained in minutes. The machine functions as follows:
- Position the material to be tied on the machine table surface.
- Depress the footpedal to begin the cycle.
- Remove the tied bundle from the table top.
