Modular HV test platform for different line lengths
Overview
The modular and thus expandable platform concept of the T70 opens up a spectrum of testing processes that is second to none: from wire-color inspection, to blunt conductor ends without contact elements, to the testing of ring tongues of any kind. With a width of 1000 mm, or wider if required, the workpiece carriers can also accommodate very long test pieces. Thanks to the compact adapter system, the configuration sets can be attached to the tool carrier quickly, easily and without tools.
The operator is guided by a graphic HMI and a color system in the light curtain, and integrated data matrix codes verify the correct setup. The high level of operator friendliness ensures safety and short cycle times. Test piece removal can be manual or fully automated according to customer requirements. Individual inspection stations, such as a good part marker or a cleaning station with ionized air, enable complete tracking and fulfillment of the highest quality requirements.
